ASL Catering Agency Ltd is proud to present FlexiLearnHub, our dedicated online distance learning platform designed specifically for the Hospitality and Care sectors.
FlexiLearnHub delivers certificated training recognised by CPD, giving learners and employers confidence that our courses meet professional development standards. Our training is fully online and completely flexible, allowing learners to study at a time that suits them, around existing work and personal commitments.
Each course provides 12 months of access, with the first 90 days allocated to complete the assessment quiz and download the certificate. This structure ensures both flexibility and timely completion, supporting compliance and professional standards in the workplace.
Our current course portfolio includes:
- Nutrition and Hydration in Care Settings
- Advanced IDDSI Level 4 Dysphagia Training
- Free Basic Personal Hygiene and Safety Training
- HACCP Level 2
- Food Safety and Hygiene Level 2
- UK Food Allergen Awareness, covering all 14 regulated allergens
Our training is aimed at professionals working across catering, hospitality, care homes, and support services, with a strong focus on best practice, compliance, and practical workplace application. We launched FlexiLearnHub with specialist Dysphagia Care Training within the IDDSI Framework, reflecting the growing need for safe, high-quality care-focused food service.
